Low-fat milk slows downaging

Drinking low-fat milk can not only shrink your waistline but also improve your longevity, a study out of Brigham Young University found. According to the researchers, drinking 1% milk rather than 2% accounted for 4.5 years  of less aging in adults. This is because a high- fat diet deteriorates the part of the chromosome that protects the body from aging.
